Celebrating 10 years of marriage with Krista today. I have so much respect and love for this woman and the wisdom, strength, beauty, and gentleness she radiates on a daily basis.

I’ve said “I love you” maybe 8000 times in that span. I once heard a fancy preacher say that love is simply a commitment but I would say that he was wrong by omission. There’s more to that word and more in my heart than a commitment. That commitment is enveloped in passion, trust, joy, and contentment. This is no cold, contractual agreement. It’s love, and it has continued strong through the last ten years to this day and into the years ahead.
